March 2014
Welcome the newest little member to our CCA family! She was born March 4, on Mardi Gras. This filly is out of Alpine by Hidden Hill Farm. Alpine is known for his gentleman like demeanor and stunning movement. He is a 1999 stallion, 17h – by Alcatraz out of Kerrie Mon Amie by Consul.
Take a look at our pictures of this beautiful little bay filly and the mare Lexi. The horse in the separate pictures is the stud, Alpine.
We are not sure yet what to name her, so we decided to let you vote on it. If you submit one we like, then you’ll get one free group lesson. We’ll have to decide soon, so let us know if you have any barn names or show names in mind. Give us some suggestions by clicking here!

Missy Roades Clinic
We had a great weekend on March 1-2 with the Missy Roades clinic! Thanks to everyone who came out and participated. We had about 15 participants. Are you interested in doing a clinic? Let us know
We had a fun, though rainy, first Pony Pals get-together yesterday! We played lots of games (Curry Comb “Hot Potato” and a barn scavenger hunt), colored and had snack, got dirty playing relay races in the riding ring, fed carrots to Cody and Flower after the girls had a grooming contest to get them clean, and loved on the horses! The rain made it a little hard to do some of the fun things we had planned, but there’s always April!
We are getting a date together and I will send it out soon. Thanks for sending your girls to Pony Pals! Here are two photos of some of the girls with Cody and Flower!
Thanks, Shannon and Kelli
